A couple a days ago Oreo posted this pic:
 If u notice the GT4's bumper it has a trd mesh grill kinda like the Matrix trd grills. That's tou_cel's car. You may be able to ask him if it's custom or not, and where he got it.
 There are also more detailed photos of his front end on his profile.
