Hi, my buddy pulled this off a friends car a little while ago, I had a hard time identifing it, I dunno what it could be, the turbine is cernamic, so I am not sure, any help would be nice, thanks

OK so just to complete the thoughts here: do CS editions have the steal version like the RC's?
