 Heater/Ac not working |

Didn't worry about it till the other day when i was coming home in a rainstorm with my windows fogged up like a cypress hill concert. I don't care about A/C although it would be nice.... I just need my defrosters and heat for our cold MD winters.
The unit lights up and switches between vents, and the rear defrosters still work. The fuses all check out, it just refuses to blow air. Occasionally it will work but not for long. Im hoping its the control unit, it seems easy enough to replace although there is a very taught very difficult line to remove that runs out the back of the unit (not the harness) Im hoping its not the cooling unit behind the glovebox... not brave enough to mess with that yet. Any ideas of what could be wrong... anybody have this happen before?? |
