its freaking awesome, i cant see myself getting off of this "diet" ever. eat a ton of fatty meat and fruits (choice fruits) during the weekdays then on the weekends pig out on pasta and other high carb stuff.. you dont have to give up anything just have to control what time of the week you eat your stuff at... i have it as a ebook here
