 Clicking sound |

so i have been experiencing a not so consistent clicking sound which sounds like it is coming from the driver side wheel well while driving. however it ranges in how bad it is and sometimes doesn't do it at all. I just read a post where someone said his Cv boots were bad and caused his axle to be bad. Could this be my problem. and if it is where do i find the CV boots and can i diagnose the problem my self?

well one good reason for that happening is the strut mount going bad..look at that too. also check out your balls jionts and stuff too.
