Finally started getting my new seat covers on.
Before: During: Phase 1 complete (that's all for today): Thanks to Norberto and the sticky in this forum for giving me the courage to try this myself. -------------------- |

do you have a link to the ebay auction? Here they are: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1994-1999-T...sspagenameZWDVW The same people also have a bunch of the same with only the "Buy it Now" option for $500 apiece. Every now and then they have an actual auction. I got 'em for $350, plus the standard $75 shipping they have for all of their seat covers. Really, they're pretty good quality, and although they are a very good fit, they are not an exact match. What I mean by that is our OEM seat covers have stitched fabric all around each edge with a wire that runs through it, plus more of the same in the bucket area of the seat (to maintain the seat's contour). While these have the ones in the bucket part, they do not have all of the ones on the outside, so I had to jury-rig a bit. A little Gorilla Glue, some zip ties, and it all comes together. Great Work! I propose you do a wright up on it I used this one. It's pretty straightforward. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?act=ST...=27699&st=0 -------------------- |
