I just have to throw this in real quick and then I'm done:

Basically it simply means that the federal government is limited only to the powers granted in the Constitution. So it's kind of a balance between where the line is that federal law trumps state law. I know it's still a gray area, really I do. But it's not a gray area where constitutional right comes in.
