Finally started getting my new seat covers on.
Before:   During:    Phase 1 complete (that's all for today):   Thanks to Norberto and the sticky in this forum for giving me the courage to try this myself.

if you want them tighter, rent a steamer and go over them once... the combination of heat and moisture will cause shrinkage much better than just heat.
