With today's gas prices, why not switch to the 7AFE? LOL.
Anyways, I'm looking to start over with a new(er) Celi, preferably a 99 (maybe a 98 if it's in good condition). Manual preferred but auto is okay, silver color is a BIG plus, don't care if it's been modified as long as I can sort of undo the changes...goal is to remake my current Celi but on a onto a newer car. Oh, I'm still driving my 97 ST so I'm in no hurry to purchase this car (willing to wait until right Celi comes along). Shoot me some offers with what you got. As for as my budget, willing to pay ~5K (flexible) and trade my Celi too (in case you wanted some cash but still wanted to stay in the 6GC family). -------------------- 2002 SC430 (WC) - 19" SSR Comp-H, Daizen swaybars, Sparco Demons, JDM Soarer conversion, carbon fiber spoiler, Injen intake, front strut bar, drilled/slotted Brembo rotors 1997 Celica ST (DD) - 17" ADR, ViS Zyclone CF hood, ViS CF hatch, K&N intake, Invader body kit |

Dude - ST doesn't get that much better gas mileage than GT. Trust me - get a newer lower mileage GT and see if your MPG doesn't go up.

Highly doubt that. I'm averaging close to 38MPG (since adopting the hypermiler way)...granted I'm close to 2250 pounds with all the weight I've shed, I don't necessarily need a "stronger" engine since I've got my other car. I just want a DD that's easy on the cash pedal (but I think I can still live with a 5sfe).

If you do spot one that's rust-free and a good deal, let me know. I won't mind flying over to get it This post has been edited by CAMAricer: Jul 1, 2008 - 1:19 AM -------------------- 2002 SC430 (WC) - 19" SSR Comp-H, Daizen swaybars, Sparco Demons, JDM Soarer conversion, carbon fiber spoiler, Injen intake, front strut bar, drilled/slotted Brembo rotors 1997 Celica ST (DD) - 17" ADR, ViS Zyclone CF hood, ViS CF hatch, K&N intake, Invader body kit |
