I know the topic sounds weird but I just recently started having once again another problem with my Celi.

I turn the car on and it'll idle fine at first. But once it's warmed up the rpm's drop from 800 to about 700 or so and I can hear like a small pop sound from the muffler. Sort of feels like the engine is about to cut off but it doesn't. It also does it when I drive. If I give it gas and than let go slightly the rpm's drop quick and than come back up, but once I step on the gas a bit it wont do it....

???????

With the muffler, is it backfiring a lil bit? Could be because there is not back pressure. For the gas part, could be that your engine is choking on fuel or not getting enough. Possibly change your fuel filter/pump.

No back pressure is a good thing. Try shoving a spud in your tail pipe and starting your car... Why would you go and tell someone the 1 problem with their car is that they don't have more problems?

Sounds like a sparking problem as the other people have mentioned as misfires lead to backfires and both symptoms are noted. Can't be "not getting enough" because there's enough for a backfire.
