Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone has AC in their 4age?? And if so...how they did it. I currently have the stock ST AC tubes in the engine bay, but the connectors don't fit on the 4age AC compressor... anyone??

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone has AC in their 4age?? And if so...how they did it. I currently have the stock ST AC tubes in the engine bay, but the connectors don't fit on the 4age AC compressor... anyone?? Yeah we normally run a/c on all of our swaps. You need to have a set of custom lines made. If you have the hose ends that fit your 4AGE compressor, then you're in good shape, figure out what angle they need to be at and then cut your old ends off and have someone who's real good with aluminum tig-welding just weld the new ends on. The other way to do it is to take the ends to a hydraulic or a/c hose shop and have them make all new hoses using your 4AGE ends. -Doc -------------------- -Dr Tweak, 6GC's resident engine swap wiring expert extraordinaire Click here to see my swaps drtweak@phoenixtuning.com |
