 convertible top, inner lining |

Since I bought my celica 2 years ago, the inner lining of my top has not wanted to stay velcroed to the outter lining (toward the front). It's always been that if I put one of the pins (I guess you'd call them) into the hole at the top, that the other doesn't want to stay inside it's hole. Recently it's been worse b/c niether seem to want to say in, so I wind up w/ this black lining blocking my view through my rearview mirror. Doesn anyone know a fix to this? Would it be possible to just get new velcro and put it on?

I guess we'll have to wait another weekish to find out b/c the people at the dealership wound up giving away the parts (or something like that)
 ...So they ordered two more at no cost extra cost to me (at least).
