 94 Celica 1.8 ST Timing Belt Questions, Need help |

My sister normally drives the Celica and one day she came to me telling me that the steering is really hard on the car now. I'm off work today so I finally had some time to look at it and this is what I found.
    So now I need to know where's the best place to buy a whole new timing belt kit. Are Autozone's ok or am I better off buying off from the expensive Toyota Dealership? Any help is appreciated. |

Thanks for the input guys. Shows how much I paid attention to what belt it was.
 Long story but the car was given to me as a gift, and the guy that had it before me, I'm very sure he never changed out the belts. Since that is the case, looks like I'll be replacing both belts.
