Hello,on monday I bought my Celica,so I am new.But my question is,why would the car never ever go above 3k RPM?And so far pretty much the top speed I can achieve is around 70 MPH.Anyone have any ideas?the only mods I have done thus far is my short ram intake,and it did it before I installed it. about the 70mph thing
my governor is set at 100 so...yeah... ps how do i take the governor off? -------------------- myspace!!
