OK - I'm gonna bite the bullet and try this. I'm going to Walmart tonight and buy a few standard ground wires in 4' lengths and I'll add one at a time to see if any show a significant improvement in electronics efficiency. Then once I've added say 5 of them I'll run like that for a few days, note any improvements and then disconnect them all at once to double check if my feelings are true. That's the best way I can think of to keep the test as scientific as possible. I'll also have the motor running while I install each one - I may be able to tell a difference like that.
So I'm taking suggestions on where to place them - LMK what you guys think will be most benificial. -Alternator bracket -Block -Tranny -2 to new places on the frame Sound good?
