Hello,on monday I bought my Celica,so I am new.But my question is,why would the car never ever go above 3k RPM?And so far pretty much the top speed I can achieve is around 70 MPH.Anyone have any ideas?the only mods I have done thus far is my short ram intake,and it did it before I installed it. Okay,the car is a manual,and if it's in neutral,it still winds up alot at 3k.I am in the process of doing the plugs,(Should of taken like 5 minutes,but Autozone sold me a bent plug.)And aswell,how would I check ignition timing,and mech timing?I have never ventured into transverse mounted engine until now.Much thanks,SV
