been looking on the forum for quite a while and was wondering, why is everyone so bothered with blanking out the number plates?

well if you want to avoid the congestion charge in london and you have a 6th gen celica, just find a number plate on here and slap it on your car then when it gets photographed the poor person whose plate was copied gets clobbered with the bill
