If you don't wanna use bondo outline the hole about a hlf inch around then grind from the outline in knife edging it. then take some tape cover it up from the front.get some greatstuff foam crack sealer from walmart spray a lil in the inner part let cure. Once it is cure remove tape and clean area. Sand the foam down abit below your knife edged hole, then apply about 5 or 6 layers of glass. i don't know part thickness or what weight of glass your using. Just apply enough to be above actual part. Now take some packing tape and tape over the repair before it cures. Now when it cure sand to shape and sand the great stuff out. Voila if you want to reinforce it a little from the back you can. I hate when people use bondo it cracks easily glass has more flex. Also not to much catalyst it makes resin to hot and brittle. Slow cure is the best cure.
