Event Overview:
- The 2008 Holbert will be held at Warminster Community Park on August 9-10th.
- The event will be held under 2008 SCCA Solo Rules, Philly Region Solo Supplemental Rules, and the attached 2008 Holbert Supplemental Rules.
- Event results will be based on the combined times from both Saturday and Sunday.
- Class & PAX points will be awarded as double a standard Philly Region event.
- Registration will be on-line registration only with a cap of 225, with NO Non-Comp runs.
- Competitors, family, and friends are welcome to join us for dinner at the event site Saturday evening.
- Lunch will be served on Sunday.

The Philly Region is very pleased to offer dinner at this event on Saturday evening. We hope that everyone who attends will enjoy spending the weekend with us and your fellow competitors, as we look forward to spending it with all of you.

We will have registration open very shortly and I will post a link to that in this post.

8 would be best for you. so u can walk the course. pass tech and get a workers assignment. i will pm u my number so we can meet up, i should get there around 10 b/c i run around 3

Saturday

7:00 a.m. Gate opens.
7:30-9:00 a.m. Check-In at the Registration Table.
7:30-9:00 a.m. Tech Inspection.
9:00 a.m. Novice course walk.
9:15 a.m. Course closed for walking.
9:30 a.m. Driver’s Meeting – mandatory for all participants.
9:45 a.m. Heat 1 cars report to Grid, Heat 1 workers report to station.
10:00 a.m. First car off.
Break There will be a 30 minute break between Heat 2 and 3
Dinner Will be served at the end of competition.

Sunday

8:00 a.m. Gates open.
8:30-9:00 a.m. One-day participant check-in and tech by appointment only.
8:30 a.m. Novice Driver’s Meeting – novice drivers with questions from the first day or interested in a novice walk through.
9:15 a.m. Novice course walk (last chance!).
9:30 a.m. Course closed for walking.
9:45 a.m. Heat 1 cars report to Grid, Heat 1 workers report to station.
10:00 a.m. First car off.
Break There will be a 30 minute break between Heat 2 and 3
Trophies Will be awarded promptly following the end of competition




Group A - STX, STU, STU2, All Mod Classes
Group B - STS, STS2, CSP, DSP, ESP, FSP
Group C - SS, AS, BS, CS, DS, ES, PRO
Group D - FS, GS, HS, SM, SM2, ASP, BSP, FSAE, All Prepared Classes


Saturday Schedule

We will have 6 runs on Saturday!

AM Session:
3 runs for each Heat
10am - 11:15am: Heat 1 - A & C Runs, B & D Works
11:30am - 12:45pm: Heat 2 - B & D Runs, A & C Works

12:45pm - 1:15pm: Lunch Break

PM Session:
3 runs for each Heat
1:15pm - 2:30pm: Heat 3 - A & C Runs, B & D Works
2:45pm - 4:00pm: Heat 4 - B & D Runs, A & C Works

Sunday Schedule

We will have 4 runs on Sunday.

AM Session
10am - 11:45am: B & D Runs, A & C Works

11:45pm - 12:45pm: Lunch Break

PM Session
12:45pm - 2:30pm: A & C Runs, B & D Works
3:00pm - Holbert Trophy Presentation
