 Engine bay and rocker panel weirdness |

I got one of these under each door...This normal ?
 Another weird deal..i see drilled holes with no bolts..Are my fenders in their correct place or am i misssing something in the engine bay ?

If its the protective strip then yeah thats normal, just there to proctect a vulnerable piece of the car from scrapes or chips in paint work! --------------------  |
