 How to adjust clutch pedal? |

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knew the proper way to adjust the clutch pedal on our cars? I notice that theres a lot of free play with the clutch pedal before it becomes nice and tight when i press it down. I bleed the clutch fluid thinking it may fix it, but it didnt fix the free play, but did make it tighter. I think i read somewhere that the clutch pedal can be adjusted by loosening a lock nut and twisting the push rod more towards the pedal? Is this the way to fix the free play? And how exactly do you do it? Thanks!

ok so i loosen the push rod lock nut, remove the pin that goes through the pedal, which will remove the assembly off the pedal, then turn the push rod? Which way am i spinning the push rod to tighten the freeplay? Do i want to spin it away from the pedal, or towards the pedal?
