 Can this sub be salvaged? |

My friend gave me a 12" Type-R that had the rubber surround blow from the cone. Is it possible to fix this with some kind of adhesive to get it back on and working again? Here is a picture:

my friend had some type rs but and he blew them underpowering them and it looked alot like that. He glued them back with i think super glue and they sound about like they did before (very underpowered) but it has held for almost a year now.
