 fried piston rings? |

hey guys and gals im just wondering if im right on this....
my exhaust is shooting out blue smoke and i cant get the motor to go over 4500 rpms so would that lead to fried piston rings? thanks |

Could be worn valve guides or piston rings and because of the burnt oil this will foul the spark plug, thick & black oily deposits build up on the plugs until they cease to fire.
