I'm looking on Ebay right now, and there are around 5 sellers that sell a header for our car. From your experiences, which buyers header has the best quality and fitment?

Beefyt: installing was easy I did it in my garage, the only problem I had was the bolts on flange were basically rusted on, I took it to my mechanic and he broke um loose for free. And yes I did heat wrap mine too, bought it off ebay as well for like 30 bucks or something. STRONGLY recommend doing it since your heat shield is gone.
GotToyota: I stongly agree w Pressure, you're removing your first and main cat, you MAY be able to pass emissions but it's doubtful, I am lucky enough I live in a state where they don't test, so I'm running catless for now. njccmd2002: I'm on a 5sfe, that is what that header is designed for, as far as i know it wouldn't fit on any other engine but who knows.. maybe I'm dumb. A high flow cat is just going to restrict even less, correct me if I'm wrong.. I imagine I'll be moving into a state that requires emission testing prolly in the next year or so in that case I will be getting a high flow cat but when it comes time to test I'll prolly just throw the stock manifold on to make sure I pass. -------------------- |
