 my clutch is gone right?, hard to shift? |

i went to put my car into first...and i couldnt move the shifter into gear....i tried all the other gears and even reverse...couldnt do anything. so i finally jammed it into first and got home one way or the other...to make things even better....my dad gets mad at me because he says its the way i drive it....(okay sometimes i run it hard?)..but anyways his buddy just happened to stop by that works at a garage right near here...and i told him what was wrong and he said the clutch is gone...just want to make sure before i order a new one?

Any update on this? What did it turn out to be? I'm having the exact same problem as of last night.
