i wanted to know whats the most amount of horses i can get in my AUTOMATIC (this sucks) 5sfe. I plan on DDing this baby until it dies... i have 120k on it. i cant save enough for an engine swap yet since im in college. I just wanted to do little mods here and there that can give me the most horses i can get. i want around 200... is that possible with the 5sfe engine?

i can only think of these:
intake
headers
exhaust
advance timing
spark plugs
plug wires

with all that.. can i hit 200 without my car dying extra fast? letme know guys!

full exhaust system meaning headers, highflow cat and exhaust maybe 5hp would be accurate, no one really knows, cam regrinds could get 20hp or so, intake 1hp if you're lucky, other than that I don't know what else could be done, maybe a light weight flywheel.

You can mod it but by the end of the day the money you spend could go on an engine swap.

or turbo it.

looking at batmans dyno sheet he got 123 hp. with cams and header, cat back exhaust (reading his post).

even a 3sge would need quite a few mods ($) to get 200 hp at the wheels.
