hey guys, to make a long story short...sister takes car...sister grinds curb..anyways the skirt has a few scratches running along the whole side, anyone have any tips on how i can smooth out the rough scratches so i can respray em?..does wet sanding work?

Depends on how deep the scratches are, and if there is any lip to them.
