For sale is another pair of rear disc setup off of a junk GT.
Easy direct swap. all you have to do is unbolt the entire knuckle off the control arms and link (5 stubborn screws) and replace with the disc brake version. Shipping alone to east coast will cost at least $100. I've sold a couple of these for $300, $350 + shipping, and without knuckle for $200, $250 + shipping.
