Teaser pics.
It is "Finished " in the sense that it is on the ground with an AWD drive train and an ST205 engine installed. Once the gas tank and other stuff is installed, it wil be a runner I am Sure. Stock gas tank to go in. ST205 engine in. RHD Interior Pass side of the Rear frame Front of the driver's side rear frame, mounted. More pics later ? Rather hard right Now with the car on the ground. If I put on some ragged clothes and get down and dirty... Best of luck to completion. Regards; |

I don't have any way to draw on the pic itself but it should be really obvious from this pic which type of weld I'm talking about. The one to the left of the red bit there is really really bad. It appears you may have forgot to open your gas valve due to the cavities visible even in these pics. Also it appears that it was not burned in very well but I can't really tell from here. You'd be surprised the difference between the forces exerted on those welds now vs what they will be when the car is on the road. If it were me I'd be making it as strong as possible and screw the weight [You've already added tons of that so make it right IMO]. Not coming down on your work at all - just trying to make sure you and the car stay as safe as possible. BTW - You have excellent taste in tires This post has been edited by DEATH: Oct 21, 2008 - 11:03 AM -------------------- ENGINE: '93 RC 3S-GTE/WRC CT-20b [18-20PSI] PERF: TRD/HKS/ARP/NGK/MSD/ACT/Blitz/STRI/APEX'i/TwosRus/GReddy/Magnaflo/KOYO SUSP: Tein/Bilstein/SusTech/ INT: SS-III SEATS/Toyota Hyper Sports EXT: WRC/TRD/404 Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
