hi there guys,
When my celica is turned on from cold, the accelerator peddle seems to be blocked/stuck. I am not able to gentley press it. I have to push it hard with my foot and then the acceleration peddle becomes smooth. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Is it a throttle pump? |

maybe if you mean throttle plate or throttle body...? then yes it could be that.
