What's the difference between the stock clutch we use vs. a stage I clutch kit or stage II? Why would I want to get an upgraded clutch kit?

To OEM supposedly - that's what ACT's website and a few others say about their OEM replacements. Nothing feels like a brand new clutch Griffy - enjoy it.
