Great video - Thanks zero!
Damn! R2 on 12PSI is a MF beast! That first run I got a really bad start obviously but honestly it made very little difference - R2 just pulls away uphill or downhill doesn't make a... It was fun as hell. Did you happen to get our last two runs? They were a bit longer and I did much better on those two. Major props to Joe and Keri for the work they've done to that car [Was NA originally BTW] and Joe's driving skillz. He blew through the nastiest twisties with just the right amount of daring, skill and common sense - a rarity these days. Thanks so much Death, means a lot to both of us. Elise's turbo sounded so nice spooling up right next to me she's come such a long way & you've done an awesome job working out all her little bugs & getting her interior looking so clean. Some of the higher HP cars were a little too nuts for us & we waved them past so if they went off we wouldn't be involved. I don't know if ya'll saw but the guy in the grey MKIII w/the whale tail spoiler passed us & when he did it was a bit blind & he almost ran into someone on the other side - not very cool at all We just wanted to have fun & be safe & be respectful to other drivers on the roads whether they were part of the group or not. A lot of those guys seemed pretty disrespectful imho & were only concerned with showing off how fast their cars were as if you couldn't see & hear already. I also didn't like how they didn't attempt to wait for anyone who might have actually stopped at a stop sign waiting for oncoming traffic, but again that just ties into the lack of respect & lack of maturity. Like I said, I kept the maps so when we meet up in the spring, we can all drive the super twisty Lime Rock Run first to Marble Falls, relax & eat there & then take another route back to get back to the highway. We all know how to handle ourselves & wait for the entire group so no one gets left behind or gets lost. I don't mind working with everyone to organize the spring meet & try to make it go as smooth as possible. -------------------- '87 AW11 MR2 "Super R2" 4AG-ZE swapped Stage 1 Complete
