It was a fun trip. Glad I went now since not much fuel was consumed: $15 to get me to Austin, $10 before we finally rolled out, $15 for the trip home, so not all that bad. The cruise route was hella nice. Wish we started earlier so we could've taken that super ultra mega twistie route before heading home.
I spoke with Rob and Ryan and they said they're down for another one in the spring as long as it's well organized. Also gotta make note that in mid March, Texas 2K9 will be happening here in Houston. They're having a huge hooplah about it over on SupraForums, but what's done is done. No one's really mentioned anything about passing people up on those backroads and the danger it could've caused. Just all about how "OMG! THAT CAR SOUNDED BADASS NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT MINE!!!11!!1!!!" Oh well. -------------------- -Alex {](O_o)[}
