I have noticed that when I am excited, and want to be excited, I get really nervous and it bother me. I dunno what the heck to do about it. I am not active like I should be, and I have really always had this problem, but as I get older, it kinda has gotten a lil worse. I know energy drinks don't help, and I can give those up. But has anyone had this problem and managed to over come it? What did you do? Or are you still dealing with it?

Zoloft is great, IMO, best SSRI in the class. Of course no medicine will work for everyone. As for Ritalin and other (stimulants), too many people abuse this drug (little kids, soccer moms, college kids). What ever happened to people owning up to their fallacies and dealing with life?

That being said, there are some crazy people out there who seriously needs to be put on drugs until their eyes glaze over and they become vegetables...but that would be inhumane. Instead we just let them murder people and let them off with that "insanity" defense...*sigh*...who am I to criticize, these people put money in my pocket tongue.gif
