I've started desoldering the LEDs from the Heater Control PCB.
I have now received my new LEDs. However, they have a + and - wire. The longer of the 2 wires being positive. Problem is...I'm trying to work out the polarity on the PCB. That is, the positive and negative circuits. I also have the same question relating to the window switch. Can anyone help please? |

Cheers mate.
QUOTE The triangle points to a vertical bar: >| ...symbol for a diode That's what through me on the window switch. OK for the window switch now. But for the PCB... QUOTE You need to look at the side of the PCB with the silkscreen on....look for symbol... I assume the silkscreen is the green side with the track on. Problem is, I don't seem to be able to see that symbol anywhere. Can you tell I haven't done this before |

I assume the silkscreen is the green side with the track on. Silkscreen is the (usually white) writing. Silkscreen actually describes the process of printing the writing: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silkscreen -------------------- Davey
