 Fogs won't turn on. |

This happened in the morning as I turned on the accessories. Put down the windows and turned on the music without starting the car as usual, but as soon as I did that the power died. Tried to start the car, nothing. Went to pop the hood to check the battery, and tried it again and it started. Haven't had a problem with that since, but I've noticed that my fogs (non-factory) won't turn on at all anymore.
Short in a fuse somewhere? I always have them on, and the HU is constantly on as well, so as soon as the accessories are on they are also on along with everything else. |

You have a '97, meaning your car is prewired for those fogs. All you need is the stalk w/ fog switch, the relay, and the fogs which you already have. The plugs for them are hanging behind the fog light itself. If the used the factory wiring for them they would only come on when your headlights are on.
I would suggest you get a stalk and relay and hook up the fogs the way the should be, that way you know they won't cause any problems. -------------------- |
