1)if i put a 4inch long pipe directly on the turbo with filter is that bad?

2) if i do this and keep the stock bov could i just mount it somewhere else?

Assuming you kept the factory catch can you still need to weld on a fitting to connect it to the intake. And like beccentaur3 said, bring your filter up near the inner fender where the factory air box was installed. You don't just want to have a 4" long (by 3" diameter pipe) with filter coming right off the turbo because you will still be behind the radiator, sucking in all that hot air.

Yeah I'm moving the battery and running it through the headlight plus to can run 4in diameter pipe with a coupling reducer
