so i plan on making a front bumper. i have been for a while but id like to acctaully get off my ass and do it. problem is i dont know much about where to start. im thinkin making a mold out of styrofoam blocks than go from there. im not sure. any suggestions ot help?

buy a factory bumper, spray a few layers of modelling foam on it, shave it to shape, make a mold of it, make new bumper out of fiberglass.... this way you know it will at least fit on your car. and if somebody likes it you have a mold and can make another.
