it's got a new:
Radiator Fan sensor switch Radiator Cap Water Pump Thermostat and gasket It still over heats. Pushes steam out the over flow bottle. Haven't pressure tested it. Seems very intermittent almost random as to when it does this. Outdoor temperature does not matter. -------------------- 94 GT Liftback

Whole head was done like 40K ago. All toyota. Spark plugs are white as snowballs as they always have been. No coolant in the exhaust or oil. Also no oil in the coolant.

Also no oil in the coolant. have you verifyed the waterpump is spinning? if so, its a pretty sure bet your headgasket is bad, and if your plugs are as white as you make it sound like they are, that could be a sign of coolant leaking into the cylinder. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
