I went to Advanced and Auto Zone both and asked about a complete performance cold air intake and they told me that they couldnt order anything at all. I need to know what everyone else has done and what I need to do. This is my next part that I am putting on the car and after that it will be a stage 2 racing clutch and the short throw shifter. Thanks for all the help guys realy wanna try to get this ordered and maybe even put on this weekend.

First time on this site...I've got a '95 gt convertible with 170,000. 3 months ago I installed an Injen cold air intake on my car..I bought it from autoanything.com i think. There is a bit more torque and seems to have more going for it ... it is louder, without question. I have done nothing else to the car after installing the short ram, so I don't know if I should adjust the timing or something...???.
Also, has anyone tried the SLR motorsport chip? for 69 bucks i can't imagine it would work wonders, but, maybe it would add a bit of HP. So, my questions are: 1: is there anything else i need to do to the car, like adjust the timing, and 2: the SLR chips, is it worth a try? thanks |
