Okay, I got the final proofs back from the printer today and everything looks really awesome except for one thing - the resolution on the cover isn't as great as it could be. It doesn't totally suck, but it's not fabulous and I'm picky and really torn. Since this calendar is for YOU guys, I thought I'd ask your opinion. A final decision will be made by 4pm PST today.
EC6gc, I especially want to hear from you if possible since this particularly impacts you the most. So, whaddoyathink? Actual photo despite not the best resolution, or comic-book illustration style of the same photo? ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by GriffGirl: Dec 1, 2008 - 5:30 PM -------------------- ![]() |

It's clear where this is headed...
![]() Exactly where I thought it would. Which is cool - I just wanted to throw out an alternate option in case it was preferred. I prefer the photo too... I've tweaked it some more in photoshop and again, it's not ideal, but I think it'll work alright. I don't think you guys will be disappointed—especially when you see the rest of the calendar. I've upgraded the paper to print on even heavier paper than what I was originally going to do, and between the calendar feeling good in your hands and the color quality (which I'm really impressed with - the printer did an AWESOME job on it) I feel pretty great about this thing! ![]() -------------------- ![]() |
