So reading through these forums I see alot of people aren't too fond of wings and spoilers. My question is why? Why all the hate on them, am I missing out on something, enlighten please.

I don't like that wing either, sorry Lil-Joe. But that's just my opinion. And what do you need my opinion for? It's your car, and you have the right to put on a spoiler.
I also think the standard GT4 spoiler is already very high, bit too high for me. Most of the wings just add weight, but they can work, even on a fwd car. For example cornering at high speed (say 80km/h or 50mph and above).
