hi chaning my car from auto to standard has a 5sfe will i need a pilot bearing or bushing?anyone know where i can get one if so? also is these any gaskets i will need this is my first attempt at changing a transmission thanks

the alignment tool isn't really for installing the tranny. You use it to align the flywheel and the clutch disc before you tighten the pressure plate to the flywheel, because then you just align the input shaft on the transmission to go through the clutch/flywheel assembly and into the block. You really should just get a new clutch kit. It doesn't really matter that the clutch and release bearing have low mileage, if it's used and wasn't you who used it, you don't know what kind of shape its in, even by looking at it. OEM replacement clutch kits are pretty cheap and come with everything you need.
