Is anyone running this in their celica's? What kinda fuild does toyota recommend? I was thinking of putting it in my g/f's 96 celica GT to prevent any synchro wear. What do you think?
You can buy pennzoil synchromesh at autozone around here for 4.99/qt. Pennzoil actually makes it for GM. I currently run this oil in my 3000GT and it is unbelivable. Makes the car shift sooo much smoother. -------------------- ![]() |

Yes, it has a friction modifier in it which lubricates the synchros really well. Its actually made for GM transmissions but has become real popular in DSM's and such. i think im going to try some in the celica tomorrow. I will let you guys know how it goes.
