I want to take source to my CPU so that i can run multiple audio devices simultaneously from said source. My TV cannot do any audio out on the HDMI chanels mad.gif

So so so so so...

I have the hardware, no problem. What is a good emulator program that can read and adjust the EQ of the sound line coming in so that it's delivered properly to each outbound Chanel?

If I understand correctly you are wanting to use your computer as a receiver/processor? if so most of the Sound Blaster cards have built in audio processing capabilities. its simply a matter of feeding the sound card a digital level signal input. RCA is effective but ideally you would want ieee94 (firewire) wich is slightly better than HDMI...

Soundblaster also makes an external Audio Processor that will cary up to an 8.1 HD audio signal.
