LSD= Greatness

LSD means Limited Slip Differential.

For example the stock 5sfe Celica GT transmission utilizes the S54 OPEN Differential trans. No LSD.

Eventhough if you take a peak inside the diff where the axles pop into there is a bar running through the middle of it just like the E153 VLSD trans, the s54 isnt lsd.

VLSD what I've got means Viscous Limited Slip Differential. The difference between mine is that the Viscous uses liquids to get the LSD to work, which means it is less aggressive compared to a clutch type lsd.

Basically when one wheel spins the other picks up the slack.
