brake squeal help, cant seem to find the source.... Options

my front right has been squeaking like the hell and i cant seem to find the problem.

took the brakes out and cleaned them with brake cleaner and applied that brake contact grease thing that's supposed to help ease squeal. that dont work......

looked and check the brake pad clips and bent them to they fit really snug on the brake caliper bracket.

i lightly scuffed my rotor and pad to see if there is any type of glazing that could make a noise or what ever. scuffed both sides of the rotor i did scuff both fr left and fr right (problem spot) while the car was up.

depressed the piston on both sides and blead the brake system while i was there

and still the front right (pass side) still squeals. it squeaks especially when i apply the brakes at lets say 5%, and it squeaks when ever i turn to the left at about 3-15 degrees

its getting really annoying, i dont have old brakes, just changed them recently, rotors were resurfaced at that time also.

where is the noise coming from?!?!?!?!

**could cheap brake shims that came with the new brake pads cause the squeaking???

I have the same problem with my rear passenger brake (disc conversion). If I very gently apply the brakes, it makes this sound that's not really a squeal, but is for lack of a better term. It actually reminds me of the sound a glass makes when you run your finger around the edge to make it hum or however you'd describe that sound. My brake sounds like the rotor is making that sound from the brake pad just barely touching it, just right. It's made that sound since the day I did the conversion - doesn't do it all the time, but I especially notice it when I'm sitting in slow-moving traffic.
