Just put on new parking brake , try to put rear drum ill will not fit on,

there is an adjustment wheel at the bottom of the drum assembly, you gotta adjust it in so that the pads come closer together, then fit the rotor on, then line up the hole in the rotor with the adjustment wheel at the bottom and adjust it back out.

I have the adjustment set all the way , and still will not fit, all spring are tight as well, |
