Well, I have a 360 right now but am thinking about getting a PS3 instead. I like my xbox, but I have a refurbished one and it is extremely loud. I can't even bring myself to watch movies on it because the sound of the 360 being on overpowers the sound of the movie. I'm also looking into a PS3 for the blue ray player. I know I could buy a cheap player for less than a ps3 but I was looking to get rid of my xbox anyways. So i'm here just asking your opinion on the two. Just some pro's and cons of each system, mainly the ps3, since I have had my 360 for quite some time now. Hows the online, support, things like that.

Support is fine.
Online is not as good as XBox live, but it is free.... When you add up all the extra things that you need to buy to make the 360 do the same as the PS3, they cost about the same. The PS3 is MASSIVELY better in terms of quality, it looks and feels like a quality piece of hardware, and runs near silently... If you play a LOT of online games, you might miss xbox live, but PS3 wins in every other area for me. Some good exclusives out now, and Killzone 2 out in the new year looks AMAZING! I don't think you'll regret it if you get one -------------------- |
