But now I ask what is the best method for removing my old lenses? Can I put them on a cookie sheet? Or would that melt the original housing? I guess what I am asking is what is best used to place objects of your car (Turn Signals. Projectors, etc..) to be sat upon in the oven?

They look so factory. You can make your own, but they will look like you made your own. When Richard makes them, they look like they were OEM. So it all depends on how well you want it to look. The only problem for me right now is I do not want to install a relay or anything, but I want something bright and super white with a blueish hue to it for lighting for turn signals. Those polyleds are ok for not turn signals. Even if I make them signal correctly, they do not correctly signal. There is not enough variation in being on to being used for a turn signal to use for the day time driving, and white bulbs do a good job, but not bright enough for that blueish hue.
